We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Hardware damages due to negligence, malicious intent, Force majeure, Electrical related,(High voltage, surge, thunder), rodents is not covered.

Structural work carries a 1 year standard warranty. Structured installation by no means should be tampered with. Any form of tampering voids warranty.
